Do you give out my e-mail information to anyone else?

Absolutely not. Your information will be kept confidential and will only be used in conjunction with my mailings. For more information, please refer to my Privacy Policy page.

Is there postal mailing address for James?

Due to the overwhelming amount of postal mail received by James Van Praagh's office, as of August 2007 all correspondence for James will only be accepted or answered on the web site Message Board or via email to the Web Site Administrator at WebAdmin@vanpraagh.com. Before sending an email, please review the information on this FAQ page to see if your inquiry is addressed. This will help to keep down the volume of emails received and allow us to reply in a timely manner.

Please note: If you email a question to the JVP Web Site Administrator that is addressed on the FAQ area, you will not receive a reply.

If you do not find the information you are seeking in this FAQ area, you may wish to visit my Message Board or the Chat Room on the JVP Community area. We have many knowledgable and caring members of the JVP web site family who would be happy to discuss topics with you and share their own experiences.

To access the Message Board and Chat Room you must be a registered JVP Member.

Does James read his e-mail?
Not always. My web site administrator reads the email regarding web site technical support questions. If there is a business related email or other email that needs my attention, my web site administrator forwards that to my office.
I sent you an e-mail and have not received an answer.
To help keep the volume of email we receive at a minimum and allow us to reply to them in a timely manner, answers to the most frequently asked email questions are posted here on the FAQ page. If you submit a question to my Web Site Administrator or to myself that is addressed on this FAQ area, you will not receive a reply.
