A post I submitted it is not appearing on the page.

There are two Membergroups on my Message Board, "Reviewed" Members and "Non-Reviewed" Members. "Reviewed" members are members who have posted less than 50 messages in the forum.

All messages left on my Message Board by "Reviewed" members are first reviewed by my web site administrator. If approved per my guidelines, the posts will then be made active on the forum. Please allow at 24 hours for your message to be processed.

Part of the features of the JVP Message Board is the ability to easily view and reference which of your posts are still pending.

For more information on Membergroups and the post review process, click the HELP button on the main menu of the Message Board forum. Also be sure to read the Message Board Policies.

I submitted a message on your Message Board some time ago. Why isn't it there?

There are several reasons a message may not be accepted for posting on my Message Board.

  1. If your message contained private information such as a phone number, email address, an unapproved web site address, or postal mailing address within the text.
  2. Your message contained disparaging remarks or was aggressive/objectionable or its opinions would cause unnecessary controversy.
  3. The contents of your message gave information considered to be a "reading".

If your message did not contain any of the above situations, then it could of simply been deleted by accident. If you wish to re-post your message, my web site administrator will be happy to review it once again.

What is the "Notify Me of Replies" feature on the Message Board?

If you click the "Notify Me of Replies" box at the bottom of a post on the Message Board you will receive emails whenever anyone else leaves a reply to that post topic. This lets you keep current on topics in which you are interested. There is a special Notifications section of your Message Board Profile. This Notifications section enables you to select personal preferences for the email notification of posts that you requested. It is also lists all notifications that you have set up and allows you to delete and administer your notifications.
